Woke up next to the lake, this time not with a heavy dew on my tent. Still, it was difficult to get out of the warm quilt.
A little while after starring to hike I passed through a meadow and across a stream which had ice on the surface, brr.
Had views of Mount Bachelor and the Sisters peaks on the hike today. Spectacular volcanic peaks that still have some snow on them.
Tim walked in a mile or so and surprised us around our halfway mark.
Tonight I am camped with a great view of the South Sister mountain.
